Rock Hill Public Art that you get to create

See the title link for a handout that was just given to me. Chosen submissions would be created and displayed on Main St. and other public places. I'll have to find some examples of the cubes, but you can probably imagine the banners hanging from streetlamps as cars pass by. Rock Hill H.S. needs to be recognized and it would be great if you created it.
