Stolen Degas Painting Found

 The painting of a woman doing laundry with a toothache was stolen from a museum in the Normandy region of France 40 years ago resurfaced.

It features two views of a young, brown-haired laundress at work, one with her clutching a bottle, with her mouth open and a hand behind her neck...

Degas is known as a founder of French Impressionism (although you wouldn't have called him this to his face) who is known for his paintings, sculptures, and printmaking.  His most famous paintings are of practicing ballerinas.  His noted sculpture is of the same subject.  They are pictured below.
