I was stumbling when I came across this article about a man who could possibly be Banksy was photographed in L.A. Is it him??

This is really cool Jessica, but there is no way this is Banksy. He does all of his work at night and I get the feeliong that Banksy would slip up all of a sudden and get caught on camera. No, this is either some other random artist or someone looking for attention.
