People have been carving things out of just about anything for centuries. When the winter comes round though most people start to carve out of stuff a little more "cool". Ice Sculptures are very delicate and can break very easily if not careful. There are lots of competitions for who can make the better sculpture. Even though it's extremely difficult to do the finished product is beautiful.
