Check out this guy, Mark Jenkins. He creates odd art, mostly in the streets. His forte seems to be little plastic babies... placed EVERYWHERE. I find them humorous, and on his page it is called the 'Storker Project'. It would make my day to find one of these plastic babies clinging somewhere.
Anyone have any clear plastic babies lying around? I'll agree. I'd probably laugh for the rest of the week if I saw this somewhere on campus.
