The photographer, Juergen Teller was born in 1964 in Erlangen, Germany. He studied at the Bayerische Statslehranstalt for Photography in Munich (1984-1986) before moving to London in 1986, where he currently lives and works. You’d probably be familiar with his work if you find yourself looking at a Marc by Marc Jacobs magazine add.
I’ve always been interested in the way he finds beauty in the ugliest places. His muses are always ranging from the top “a-listers” to family and friends. In my opinion Teller is totally the up to date Warhol of our time, someone i ~KNOW~ will be around long after we are not.
