This is a great book filled with strange art and funny instances of which the main character/writer has to go through and solve. Written by Hunter S. Thompson, he narrates his trip into and around Las Vegas on his secret mission of reasearch into the heart of the American Dream. (there's also a movie featuring Johnny Depp for the lazy)
