Three years prior to Vincent Van Gogh's death, he painted "Vase and Flowers". This smaller painting was stolen earlier today from a museum in Cairo, Egypt and recovered just hours later. This is the second time it has been stolen. Kudos to the Egyptian police. Unfortunately, the piece was cut out of the frame by thieves.
