Winthrop students can earn credit toward their Winthrop degree at a number of universities and learning institutes throughout the world. In general, students pay Winthrop tuition, room and board, plus a study abroad participation fee, currently $325*, for these semester-long programs and are able to use scholarships and other forms of financial aid. I have recently requested information from Florence University of the Arts and am planning to study abroad for a summer there during college.
