Britain blocks a Picasso from Leaving the Country

Piccaso's 1901 "Child with a Dove" has been put on temporary export ban after private owners purchased the painting in March Christe's auction house. Britain is hoping the extra time for raising money will allow for this "Blue Period" painting to be kept within their grasp.
