Military officials of the northern Italian city of Piacenza recovered the head of a more the 2,00 year old Roman statue that was very likely to have been plundered from Italian soil. It was confiscated last week from a dentist from Parma, who was unable to produce convincing evidence of legitimate ownership. It is not currently known what statue the head belongs to or if it even exists anymore but archaeologist are still searching for clues.
