James Hart Dyke painted the six Bonds in tuxedo and bow tie
Well, now it is. Hart Dyke has since been enlisted to chronicle the long life of 007. The producers of the James Bond Films, Barbara Broccoli and Eon Productions, ordered Hart Dyke to paint each of the six Bond actors in the role as part of the Six Bond actors in the role as part of the celebration of 50 years of the dynamic franchise.
Dyke's portraits of Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig show them all in tuxedo and bow tie and have already been used at the bottom of the retro-style poster for the documentary about Bond on film, Everything or Nothing: The Untold Story of 007. A limited edition od prints of the poster is available
through a Mayfair gallery.
