Stolen Artwork from Dutch Museum
Seven pieces of artwork were stolen from Rotterdam's Kruntshal Museum at around 3 a.m. Tuesday morning. These works included a Picasso, a Matisse, a Gauguin, and two Monets. The people who stole them are unknown at the moment and there were no guards on duty when the paintings were actually stolen. These paintings were very important and the artists are well known, but the police are assured that they will catch the thief considering the circumstances. Hopefully they will retrieve the paintings and put them back in the museum where they belong.
